Masteri Park Place river view: living beside the water

The biggest differentiator of Masteri Park Place is its position beside the water. The developer’s training document describes the CT5–CT6 area as the only riverside high-rise area of The Global City — two sides facing the canal, one side facing the river.

Two canal sides, one river side

According to the training document, both flanks of the CT5–CT6 area are low-rise zones, so the view from the high-rise towers is less obstructed. The front of the towers faces the musical water canal of The Global City.

The actual view of each unit depends on the tower, floor and the position of the unit on the plan — not every unit looks out to the river. Happy Land sends the plan with the view direction of each unit before you choose.

“Live fully with every sunrise”

The project’s concept is to begin each day with the light of sunrise. Many amenities are named after this concept: the floating sunrise-viewing deck, the “Ban Mai” lake, the sunrise yoga lawn.

  • Floating sunrise-viewing deck, Cabanas, four-season flower garden
  • Ecological lawn, jogging track, lakeside relaxation complex
  • Tennis court, volleyball court, play area, children’s playground
  • Organic green garden & picnic area, outdoor BBQ area, cafe – F&B complex
  • Musical fountain on the canal in front of the project

Choosing a unit by view direction

The developer’s floor plans note the musical water canal direction in each tower. When comparing units, look at these together: the tower (A1, A2, B1, B2), the floor, the plan orientation and the distance to the neighbouring tower.
