Nine product lines from 1BR to Duplex Penthouse. The tables below compile gross (GSA) and net (NSA) areas per the floor plans and unit plans of the four towers A1, A2, B1, B2.

The area of Duplex and Duplex Penthouse units is the total of two floors per the developer’s unit plans; the two-floor total of Block B Duplex 12B–15 is added up from the area of each floor.

The brochure presents typical units: 1BR 53.4 m², 1BR+ 57.2 m², 2BR 77.5 m², 3BR 95.2 m², 4BR 132.5 m², Duplex on floors 12B & 15 and a Penthouse on floor 24 of 247.8 m² (gross, GSA).
Handover furnishing
The training document presents the “Masteri Collection handover standard” through images of the living room, kitchen and bedroom. The specific materials list and equipment brands are not yet announced in the documents — Happy Land will send them when the developer releases them.

What is the difference between gross (GSA) and net (NSA) area?
Gross (GSA) is measured to the centre of the outer walls; net (NSA) is the interior usable area, about 5–9% smaller than the gross (GSA) in the tables above.
